Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product and selected options.
Glasses with standard lenses are generally processed more quickly, while multifocal or customized lenses require additional production time, as they are made to order.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation.
Order Processing
Each order is carefully processed upon receipt of payment and, where applicable, upon receipt of accurate prescription details.
For prescription eyewear, production only begins once all required information has been received in full and is correct.
Shipping
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided.
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Delivery Area
CLIPPS primarily delivers within Belgium and the European Union.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Any additional charges (such as import duties or local taxes outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we strive to respect the stated delivery times, these may vary in exceptional cases, for example due to:
- high demand,
- production of custom-made products,
- logistical delays with carriers.
CLIPPS cannot be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Undelivered Packages
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.
